Racing at Clay, November 2007







BRDC Stars of Tommorrow Championship.

The karting year of 2008 will be a season of change for Phillip. He will be driving for the Haworth Racing Team in this years BRDC Stars of Tomorrow, Rotax Junior Max Championship. He will amongst 52 top entries in his class racing over nine rounds at six venues in the UK and Europe.

The rounds are as follows:-
  • 18th - 20th April at PFI Grantham (click here for the web site)
  • 23th - 25th May at Rowrah (Cockermouth) (click here for the web site)
  • 06th - 08th June at Whilton Mill (Daventry)
  • 27th - 29th June at Llandow (Wales)
  • 07th - 10th August at Genk (Belgium)
  • 12th - 14th September at Shenington (Banbury)
He will be following in the footsteps of previous 'old boys' like Lewis Hamilton, Jason Plato and WTCC Champion Andy Priaulx.

There will be extensive testing throughout the year where he will be honing his skills and familiarising himself with different circuits around the country. His aim is to emulate his success in the 2007 season, knowing the winner will have the opportunity to race in the World Championship Finals in Austria in November.
